Why Bugs?
Most children are fascinated by something alive smaller than they are!
If you have ever watched a little one watching an ant crawl on a sidewalk, a ladybug rest on a windowsill or a firefly glow in the dark, you know that children and bugs go together.
This is why we have antfarms, bug catchers and jars for catching caterpillars and exactly why we wanted to bring a little bit of a child's own world into the world of these bugs that enjoy doing some of the same things a little one would enjoy!
Bugs are fascinating! They actually enjoy many of the things little ones enjoy like eating, hanging out with their friends/families,getting dirty, being outside, taking a rest, and most children are fascinated by something alive smaller than they are.
